  • Dumpsters are conveniently located outside for all resident trash disposal. Please ensure that all household waste is placed directly into the dumpsters—trash may not be left outside your door or in common areas at any time. This helps keep our community clean and welcoming for everyone.

  • No, NOVA does not offer scheduled trash pickup or valet service. Residents are responsible for taking their trash and recycling directly to the designated dumpsters located outside the building.

Gas service will be billed back to the resident In addition, residents will pay a $125/month RUBS fee, which includes internet, package lockers, common area janitorial, resident portal fee, trash, recycling, compost, pest control, and air filters.

  • Residents can access all floors at NOVA using either the stairs or the elevator, providing convenience and flexibility for everyone.

  • Upon submission of your application, a $75 application fee per adult (including guarantors) will be collected.

    Once approved, a $150 administrative fee per household is due, along with the security deposit, prorated rent and/or the first full month’s rent, and the $125/month RUBS fee.

    For approved pets, there is a $200 pet deposit per pet and $25/month pet rent per pet.

    All applicable fees will be due within 24 hours of approval, along with lease signing.

  • Each floor includes three storage rooms: two 4x4 units and one 8x9 unit. Residents may rent a 4x4 storage unit for $100 per month or an 8x9 unit for $150 per month, pending availability.

  • Each apartment home comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher — all included for your convenience.

  • Yes, dogs and cats are welcome! Up to two pets per unit, each weighing 50 lbs or less (please inquire for exceptions). A $200 pet deposit per pet and $25 monthly pet rent apply per pet. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
