No, NOVA does not offer scheduled trash pickup or valet service. Residents are responsible for taking their trash and recycling directly to the designated dumpsters located outside the building.

Upon submission of your application, a $75 application fee per adult (including guarantors) will be collected.

Once approved, a $150 administrative fee per household is due, along with the security deposit, prorated rent and/or the first full month’s rent, and the $125/month RUBS fee.

For approved pets, there is a $200 pet deposit per pet and $25/month pet rent per pet.

All applicable fees will be due within 24 hours of approval, along with lease signing.

Each floor includes three storage rooms: two 4x4 units and one 8x9 unit. Residents may rent a 4x4 storage unit for $100 per month or an 8x9 unit for $150 per month, pending availability.
